The history of Solfrut is intertwined with the life of Don José Soler Mallafré, who from his youth stood out as an entrepreneur in different areas, among which he chose fruit production.
In 1974 Solfrut was formally founded in the Curicó area. And it was in the year 2004 that the Soler family decided to seek advice to pass from being a family business to being a company with a sustainable and professional vision that would be able to consolidate the effort of many years.
José Luis Soler Ruiz was responsible for achieving this transition, and the result is the current holding that integrates his father’s business ventures through time. This holding is integrated in its majority by the seven children of Don José Soler Mallafré and Doña Paz Ruiz Erraiz.
Solfrut currently produces international quality fruit from Curicó to Angol, and exports it through its strategic partner, Copefrut S.A.
